Mozzarella baskets with honey

500 g of mozzarella, 6 tomatoes, a bunch of basilica
Marinade: juice of a single lemon, lemon peel, 5 tablespoons of walnut oil, 5 tablespoons of flower honey,   ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, salt and pepper

Sift the mozzarella on a sieve. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Chop both ingredients into pieces. Wash basilica and pull of its leaves and stack it with tomatoes and mozzarella into “columns” on a plate.
Marinade: spice the lemon juice, lemon peel, walnut oil and honey with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the “columns” with marinade before serving.
