Pumpkin soup

600 g of pumpkin, 1 small-sized ripe mango, 200g of potatoes, 1 shallot, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1l of vegetable soup base, 4 tablespoons of flower honey, a small piece of fresh ginger, ground cinnamon, salt, pepper, 100 g of cream

Peel the shallot and cut it into small cubes. Peel the pumpkin and mango and remove the kernels. Peel the potatoes. Cut the pumpkin, mango and potatoes into cubes. Put oil into a larger dish, heat it and add shallot and then add cubes of pumpkin, mango and potato. Cover everything with soup base and stew it for about 20 minutes. Then mix the soup with a mixer. Peel the ginger and grate it into fine powder and add it to the soup.
Also add honey, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Fill the plates with soup and decorate them with cream and chives.
