Tomato salad with honey

4 tomatoes, 1 small-sized melon, 250 g sheep`s milk cheese, 2 green onions
Dressing: 4 tablespoons of acacia honey, 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper

Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into thin slices. Peel the melon, cut it in half, remove the kernels and cut it into small pieces. Cut the sheep`s milk cheese into small cubes. Chop green onion into thin slices. Decorate the plate with tomato, melon, cheese and onion.
Dressing: mix acacia honey, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and sprinkle the dressing over the decorated salad plate.
